Job Description
The Role:
The Cargo Agent is responsible for managing the logistics and operations related to cargo handling and transportation. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
Coordinate cargo shipments and ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage documentation and customs clearance processes.
Communicate with clients and service providers regarding cargo status.
Monitor cargo handling procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist in resolving any issues related to cargo delays or damages.
Team Structure: You will work closely with logistics coordinators, warehouse staff, and customer service representatives.
