Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain electrical BIM models using Revit MEP
• Model electrical systems including lighting, power, and low-current networks
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams
• Identify and resolve clashes within BIM environments
• Support design validation and construction documentation workflows
• Maintain model accuracy and revision control
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of GCC contracting experience
• Proven experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM workflows
• Experience in electrical systems modeling
• Good understanding of UAE / GCC codes and standards
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Candidates must be currently based inside the UAE
• Immediate joiner availability
