Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update document control systems and registers
• Manage incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence
• Ensure structured filing, archiving, and retrieval of soft and hard copy records
• Control document numbering, revisions, and distribution logs
• Coordinate document submissions with engineers and project teams
• Ensure timely review, approval, and distribution of documentation
• Prepare transmittals and maintain tracking records
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company records
Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of Document Controller experience
• Strong knowledge of document management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High attention to detail and organizational capability
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, SharePoint, or similar systems)
• Understanding of ISO documentation procedures
• Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced project environments
