Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and prepare structured reports
• Coordinate with site teams to identify delays and risks
• Support resource planning, cost control, and productivity analysis
• Analyze critical path activities and recommend corrective actions
• Assist project management in ensuring on-time project completion
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Primavera P6 Certification (Mandatory)
• 3–5 years of construction industry experience
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and reporting processes
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI (Preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Based on a mid-level Planning Engineer profile with 3–5 years of experience:
INR 5.5 – 10 LPA (India Market Equivalent Benchmark)
