Key Responsibilities
• Perform IT hardware and network troubleshooting
• Provide desktop and laptop support, installations, and configurations
• Support basic server and connectivity-related issues
• Diagnose and resolve end-user technical problems
• Assist with system setup, upgrades, and maintenance
• Deliver field or site-level IT support when required
• Maintain documentation and incident records

Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of IT support experience
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with desktop/laptop installations and support
• Basic understanding of servers and network connectivity
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments
• Field or site IT support experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
