Receptionist cum Document Controller

Aptvel Global is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist cum Document Controller to join its Abu Dhabi operations team. This role combines front-office administration with structured document management responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who excel in organization, communication, and coordination within project-driven environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties while also ensuring accurate handling, tracking, and control of project-related documentation. The position requires strong attention to detail, discipline in documentation processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk operations including greeting visitors, handling calls, and maintaining a professional reception environment.
• Control and organize project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate documentation flow between project teams and departments.
• Maintain records related to project deliveries and ensure proper documentation tracking.
• Support communication and coordination with end users and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate filing, updating, and retrieval of documents when required.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth daily office operations.
