HR Operations Executive
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations (if applicable).
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Handle leave management, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee files in compliance with labor regulations.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
• Support internal audits and documentation reviews.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management processes.
• Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary actions when required.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
• Experience with HRMS systems.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
