Nair Systems is currently looking for Testing Manager - Finacle core banking implementation for our UAE operations.
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
· ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
· PMP / Agile certifications are an advantage.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
5+ years in a test management role for core banking or large enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with Finacle core banking implementation or upgrades.
Strong expertise in defect triage and defect lifecycle management.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of core banking modules (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments).
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, etc.).
Understanding of integration testing and data migration validation.
Familiarity with automation frameworks is an advantage.
Leadership & Communication
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent reporting and presentation capabilities.
Experience working with vendors and offshore teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Test coverage and defect leakage rates.
Timely closure of high-severity defects.
Successful completion of UAT and migration cycles.
Production readiness and stability post-go-live.
Preferred Experience
Experience in banking digital transformation programs.
Exposure to regulatory and compliance environments.
Experience in large-scale system migrations.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
