Logistics Operations Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage first mile and last mile delivery operations.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling, dispatching, and tracking activities.
• Monitor daily delivery performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate package tracking and status updates in the system.
• Work closely with warehouse, fleet, customer service, and external delivery partners.
• Operate and maintain WMS and other logistics applications effectively.
• Handle escalations related to delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in First Mile / Last Mile operations.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and logistics systems.
• Strong knowledge of package tracking and shipment coordination.
• E-commerce logistics experience is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).
