Key Responsibilities
• Review and coordinate utility design drawings (DEWA, telecom, drainage, water, etc.)
• Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with RTA regulations
• Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements
• Coordinate utility diversion, protection, and relocation works
• Support site teams with technical guidance and issue resolution
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project schedules
• Resolve technical conflicts and coordination challenges
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of Dubai infrastructure / utility project experience
• Strong knowledge of RTA and local authority regulations
• Proven experience in utility coordination across multiple services
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent coordination and communication capabilities
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 18,000 – AED 30,000 per month
