Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
• Efficiently manage different labor accommodations of the company giving due priority to the convenience and welfare of the employees living in the accommodation.
• Give periodic necessary training to the camp bosses and other camp staff to maintain discipline in the camp without compromising employee welfare.
• Ensure that all facilities of the camp comply with the respective UAE laws and regulations.
• Ensure that all labor accommodations are in good living condition, by appropriately addressing all maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness matters on time.
• Identify and maintain databases of different approved labor accommodation available in the region with their capacity, rent, location, room availability, etc. to avail them when needed.
