Key Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation
• Strong expertise in BOQs, cost estimation, and technical & commercial proposals
• Proven experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit complete tender packages
• Conduct cost analysis and implement value engineering
• Review project scope and technical requirements
• Coordinate activities during pre- and post-tender stages
