Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations and workshop activities
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
Ensure equipment, tools, and workshop facilities are properly maintained
Monitor maintenance performance and reduce downtime
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and management
Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives within workshop operations

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred

Experience:
Proven experience in maintenance supervision
Previous experience in automotive agencies or dealerships preferred
Strong hands-on exposure to workshop and service center environments

Technical & Soft Skills:
Strong understanding of automotive maintenance processes
Ability to manage and lead technical teams
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Ability to work under operational deadlines

Location Requirement:
Must be a resident of Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth:
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 6,000 – 9,000 per month (based on Maintenance Supervisor roles in automotive dealerships in Dammam with relevant experience)
