Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements
Conduct material approval reviews in alignment with PWA standards
Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers on material-related inspections
Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance
Monitor testing procedures and ensure adherence to approved quality control plans
Support internal and external audits as required
Ensure compliance with Qatar construction regulations and authority requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or relevant discipline preferred)
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of total professional experience
At least 3 years in a similar Senior Work Inspector – Material role
Proven experience in local roads projects
Mandatory consultancy experience
Previous PWA approval required
Certifications:
Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001:2015) mandatory
Additional Requirements:
Must be immediately available in Qatar
Valid Qatar ID (QID) required
Strong knowledge of material testing standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Strong coordination and communication abilities
