To work for our client in Saudi Arabia with expertise in providing L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidate to be based in Saudi Arabia
L2 & L3 Support experience is mandatory
Minimum 3+ years focused on Microsoft 365/Office 365.
What is Required : Experience & Skills
More than 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support/administration, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft 365/Office 365.
Strong administration and troubleshooting experience with:
Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution lists, mail flow, connectors, SPF/DKIM/DMARC basics).
Microsoft Teams (policies, voice/meetings basics, channel and team management).
SharePoint Online and OneDrive (site permissions, sharing, storage, sync issues).
Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD (user and group management, basic conditional access, MFA).
Availability: Immediate to 10-day notice preferred
