Job Title: Coordinator – Facilities Management
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
5–15 years of experience in Facilities Management
UPDA Certification required for Senior Engineers (minimum 15 years of experience)
Experience with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance planning, and building services
Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Available locally for immediate joining
Preferred Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license
