Job Title: Head of Department (Islamic Studies)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Islamic Studies, Sharia, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Head of Department (HOD) in an educational institution
Experience in curriculum planning, academic leadership, and faculty management
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Islamic studies curriculum and teaching methodologies
Leadership and team management skills to supervise faculty members
Ability to plan, monitor, and evaluate academic programs
Good communication, mentoring, and administrative skills
Familiarity with school policies, student assessment methods, and UAE educational standards
