Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in storekeeping or inventory management is an added advantage
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the hotel or catering industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and industrial best practices
• Familiarity with inventory or ERP software preferred
• Ability to receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Maintain complete and accurate store documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, requisitions, and inventory records
• Team player with excellent leadership skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
