Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco switches, routers, firewalls)
• Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory and DNS
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Monitor network and system performance to ensure high availability
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and security hardening measures
• Troubleshoot network, server, and connectivity issues
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration updates
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure architecture and configurations
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and project delivery
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in network and system administration
• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure environments
Technical Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking solutions
• Firewall configuration and management
• Active Directory (AD) and DNS administration
• Virtualization experience (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring tools
Certifications (Preferred for Career Growth):
• CCNA / CCNP
• MCSA / MCSE
• NSE or other security certifications
Soft Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and in team-based environments
• Strong attention to detail and system documentation discipline
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 14,000 – 20,000 per month (based on 5+ years experience in enterprise network & system engineering roles in Jeddah)
