Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural design calculations in accordance with BS 5975 and Eurocodes
• Develop and review structural drawings and temporary works designs
• Coordinate with design consultants and on-site project teams
• Ensure structural designs comply with safety regulations and project specifications
• Utilize structural design software for analysis and modeling
• Support technical documentation and engineering submissions
• Monitor structural implementation on-site and ensure quality compliance
• Maintain awareness of project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Contribute to health and safety compliance across design and site environments
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Experience
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in structural design
• Experience working on construction projects within the UAE preferred
• Immediate availability required
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of BS 5975 and Eurocodes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with Tekla Tedds and Tekla Structural Designer
• Knowledge of SAFE and IDEA Statica
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards in design and site environments
Soft Skills
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Effective time management and budget awareness
• Analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced project environments
Certifications (Preferred for Career Growth)
• Professional engineering accreditation or membership preferred
• Temporary works or structural safety certifications advantageous

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (based on 3–4 years structural design experience in Dubai construction projects)
