Key Responsibilities
• Monitor telecom network performance using NOC and fault management tools
• Detect, analyze, and troubleshoot network alarms and incidents
• Escalate critical issues to relevant technical teams
• Maintain service availability and performance standards
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare incident reports
• Coordinate with field engineers and technical support teams
• Ensure adherence to SLA and operational procedures
• Maintain documentation and operational logs
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecom NOC operations
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and fault management tools
• Experience in shift-based operational environments
Technical Skills
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Understanding of telecom network architecture (2G/3G/4G/5G preferred)
• Knowledge of incident management and escalation processes
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and alarm systems
Eligibility Requirement
• Transferable Iqama (mandatory)
Soft Skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure in live network environments
Certifications (Preferred for Career Growth)
• Vendor certifications (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, etc.)
• ITIL or network-related certifications
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 6,000 – 9,000 per month (based on 1–2 years Telecom NOC experience in Saudi Arabia)
