Key Responsibilities:
• Review BOQ against IFC drawings to ensure scope alignment and cost accuracy
• Support procurement activities and technical material evaluation
• Coordinate shop drawings and BIM submissions with consultants and contractors
• Manage subcontractor documentation including MAR, MIR, WIR, and PQ submissions
• Conduct technical workshops and coordination meetings
• Supervise on-site fit-out activities and ensure quality control compliance
• Coordinate with PMC, CSC, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and schedules
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering discipline
Experience
• Strong experience in interior fit-out works for commercial or large-scale projects
• Proven expertise in BOQ vs IFC review processes
• Experience in shop drawing review and BIM coordination
• Hands-on experience with MAR, MIR, WIR, and PQ submissions
• Strong site supervision and quality control background
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates able to attend in-person interviews in Riyadh will be prioritized
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of fit-out specifications and construction standards
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong documentation and reporting capability
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Analytical problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in large project environments
Certifications (Preferred for Career Growth):
• PMP or construction management certification
• Quality management or fit-out related certifications
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth:
Compensation Structure: Lumpsum salary package (Direct Company Contract)
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 15,000 – 22,000 per month (based on experienced Fit-Out Engineers working on large-scale commercial projects in Riyadh)
