Requirements:
Strong knowledge of local laws and understanding of laws in other jurisdictions as relevant to the business
Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills for contracts and legal documents
Good MS Office skills and ability to communicate legal concepts clearly
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work with external counsel or authorities
