Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within Oil & Gas construction projects, preferably mechanical/piping works
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge of piping and structural works
Proficient in measurement, BOQ preparation, Material Take-Offs (MTOs), and rate build-ups
Experience handling variations, VO pricing, dayworks, and claims (EOT, prolongation, disruption)
Cost control, interim payment applications, forecasting, and final account close-out
Advanced Excel skills and ability to prepare commercial correspondence
Good communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
