Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure
Achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of AED 500,000
Provide structured sales reporting and forecasting using CAFM systems
Lead and oversee all FM sales divisions including ELV, Landscaping, MEP, Soft & Hard Services
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
Maintain strong client relationships and expand key accounts across the UAE

Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience in the UAE Facilities Management industry
Strong leadership background in companies with standards similar to Farnek or Emrill
Proven track record of meeting high-value sales targets
Strong understanding of CAFM systems and FM operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 (based on experience)
