HSE Engineer
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience, with the last 5 years in drilling operations managing HSE teams
NEBOSH or equivalent certification
Preferred working with 3000 hp Rigs and Deep Environment Depth 15,000 ft +
Familiarity with international drilling HSE standards (API / OGP / AIDC)
Practical knowledge of incident investigation methodologies (e.g., TapRoot, Kelvin TopSet)
Experience in HAZID / TRA / Bow-tie analysis
Knowledge of rig well control equipment
Proven experience managing contractor HSE teams and implementing best practices
