Key Responsibilities
Administer SAP LMS platforms, ensuring smooth operation and accurate user management.
Manage learning activities, training records, and reporting for organizational compliance.
Integrate SAP HR, Finance, and other relevant modules with LMS systems.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LMS features and workflows.
Administer Mawared for employee records, training, and reporting compliance.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support learning and development initiatives.
Generate periodic training and system performance reports for management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in SAP administration and LMS management.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP HR, Finance, or other operational modules
Experience administering LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Moodle, Cornerstone, or similar
Mandatory experience with Mawared system
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to coordinate across departments.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
Annual: QAR 90,000 – 130,000 (based on SAP LMS Administrator roles in Qatar with 3–5 years of experience)
