Nair Systems is currently looking for E-Commerce Payment Gateway Expert (Cards & Payments Support) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational and technical support for E-Commerce Payment Gateway platforms
• Manage and support Card Management Systems (CMS) and card transaction processing (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay etc.).
• Monitor payment transactions, troubleshoot failures, and ensure high system availability.
• Coordinate with internal IT, vendors, and card schemes for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, PCI-DSS standards, and security policies
• Support integration with core banking, fraud monitoring, and reconciliation systems.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing (UAT/SIT), and production releases.
• Prepare reports, incident analysis, and performance metrics for management.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of banking experience in Cards & Payments domain.
• Proven hands-on experience with E-Commerce Payment Gateways
• Strong exposure to Card Management Systems and transaction lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging, chargebacks, dispute handling, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with Visa, Mastercard, or other card schemes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in digital payments, 3D Secure, tokenization, and fraud systems.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in banking payments.
