Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles
Familiarity with HR processes, payroll, employee relations, and office administration

Responsibilities:
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards
Support employee engagement and development initiatives
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Coordinate with management for operational efficiency and reporting
