Key Responsibilities
• Manage and administer enterprise backup solutions (Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, Commvault, Dell EMC Networker)
• Configure, monitor, and maintain storage systems (SAN, NAS, Object Storage)
• Perform backup jobs, restores, replication, and disaster recovery testing
• Troubleshoot backup failures and storage-related incidents
• Monitor storage performance and resolve capacity constraints
• Ensure compliance with data protection and operational policies
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 8 – 10 years of storage & backup administration experience
• Strong expertise in enterprise backup platforms
• Experience managing SAN, NAS, and object storage environments
• Proven experience in backup, restore, replication, and DR testing
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication capabilities
