Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site execution activities
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Prepare site reports, work schedules, and material requirements
• Review and verify measurements, BOQs, and quantities
• Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution, civil works, and quality control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred (Optional):

• Experience in Saudi Arabia / Gulf projects
• Valid driving license
• Immediate or short notice availability
