ELV Site Supervisor

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day installation of all ELV systems:
• CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Data Network, BMS, Public Address, IPTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Fiber Optics.
• Ensure installation is done as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Allocate work to technicians and helpers and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with civil and MEP teams for routing, conduit, cable tray, trunking, and device installation.
• Conduct quality checks for cabling, terminations, testing & commissioning.
• Prepare daily site reports (progress, manpower, issues).
• Request materials in advance and ensure proper material usage.
• Assist ELV Engineer in testing, commissioning, and handing over documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and client standards (Aramco/NEOM/RC if applicable).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Technical Certification.
• 3–5 years of ELV project experience in KSA/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read ELV drawings and coordinate with multi-discipline teams.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
