Qualifications & Experience:
Culinary Degree or Diploma preferred
2–5 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a hot kitchen or F&B environment
Knowledge of cooking techniques, menu execution, and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow the Executive Chef’s instructions
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications in the hot kitchen section
Ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation
Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Support senior chefs and collaborate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations
