Receptionist
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office communication
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
