Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Art, Design, Digital Media, or related field
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in art and design education or creative technology leadership
Proven experience leading teams in curriculum development, design technology, or creative arts
Strong understanding of digital design tools, software, and emerging technologies
Experience in educational institutions, training centers, or creative studios preferred
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Art & Design Technology department
Develop and implement curriculum and learning programs in art, design, and digital technology
Supervise and mentor teaching staff, designers, and technical teams
Integrate technology tools into creative learning and production processes
Oversee student projects, assessments, and exhibitions
Ensure the department meets quality standards, educational outcomes, and industry trends
Collaborate with other departments to support interdisciplinary projects
Stay updated with emerging trends in design technology and digital arts
