Personal Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
• Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Handle calls, emails, and business correspondence
• Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
• Maintain confidential files and records
• Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and external partners
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
Accounting Duties:
• Maintain bookkeeping and financial records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Monitor company expenses and payments
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Support preparation of financial reports
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Accountant
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
