Position: Retail Collections Support Officer
Department: Special Assets Management
Location: Sharjah
Salary: AED 12000
Candidate must have experience into Banking industry related to collection, credit or operation
Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE into similar role
Job Requirements:
Manage legal recovery activities for SAM retail accounts, including execution cases, civil cases, and foreclosures in coordination with legal counsel and law firms.
Maintain and track records of all legal cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Handle distressed loan restructuring requests, prepare proposals, and support settlement negotiations using AECB reports.
Verify and reconcile law firm and AECB invoices, ensuring accurate monthly payouts.
Support SAM operational risk requirements, including RCSA submissions and risk event reporting.
Candidate must be available in UAE and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
