Growth & Lead Generation Manager – Commercial Fit-Outs

Role Summary:
Responsible for driving measurable business growth by generating qualified commercial fit-out leads through structured outbound and inbound channels. This role is focused on pipeline creation, market penetration, and lead conversion support — not branding, graphic design, or social media content for visibility only.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads for commercial fit-out projects (office moves, expansions, refurbishments).
• Build and manage outbound lead-generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, direct outreach).
• Identify target companies, decision-makers, and upcoming market activity.
• Support the sales process with lead qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
• Maintain a clear record of leads, sources, and conversion status.
• Work directly with the Commercial Director to align growth activities with revenue priorities.
Requirements:
• 4+ years in B2B growth, lead generation, or commercial marketing within construction, fit-out, real estate, or professional services.
• Proven ability to generate actual sales leads, not just awareness or engagement.
• Strong understanding of corporate buying cycles and decision-makers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
• Highly analytical, structured, and commercially driven.
Compensation:
• Base salary + performance-based incentives tied directly to qualified leads and pipeline contribution.
