Marketing & Client Success Executive (Zoho ERP)

We are an Official Zoho Partner providing ERP implementation, accounting, payroll, VAT compliance, and business automation solutions.
We are hiring a dynamic female professional with strong communication skills to primarily lead our Marketing & Client Acquisition efforts, and secondarily support ERP and accounting coordination.
Role Overview:
• This role is structured with clear priority on Marketing & Business Development.
• Primary Responsibility (Priority): Marketing, Promotion & Client Acquisition
• Secondary Responsibility: Office-Based Accounting & ERP Support
• Marketing & Business Development (Primary Focus)
• As an Official Zoho Partner, we actively promote:

2. Zoho Payroll
3. Zoho Inventory
4. Zoho CRM
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all inbound business inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn).
• Participate in introductory client discussions and requirement gathering.
• Confidently explain Zoho ERP solutions (training will be provided).
• Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into paying clients.
• Support digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing).
• Maintain lead pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Prepare basic proposals and coordinate pricing discussions with seniors.
• Build relationships with SMEs, startups, and growing businesses.
• Support brand positioning as a trusted Zoho ERP partner.
This is NOT a field sales role. Any client meetings will be pre-scheduled.
Office-Based Accounting & ERP Coordination (Secondary Role):
After successful client onboarding, you will assist in coordination and documentation.
Accounting Support:
• Support bookkeeping documentation and monthly closing coordination.
• Assist in VAT data collection and compliance documentation.
• Maintain organized client records and digital files.
• Support internal reporting.
Zoho ERP Implementation Support:
• Coordinate data collection for implementation.
• Assist in chart of accounts setup support.
• Coordinate between clients, internal team, and Zoho support partners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and system transition.

• Basic understanding of accounting concepts
• Interest in ERP systems and automation
• Organized and professional
• Comfortable in full-time office-based role
• Experience in marketing, CRM handling, accounting, or ERP coordination will be an advantage.
