Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience as Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques
Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
