Mechanics with Experience in Cementing Machinery

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication) and breakdown repairs on cementing units, cement pumps, mixers, densometers, and hydraulic systems.
Safely set up, connect, and dismantle cementing equipment at the well site, including high-pressure lines and bulk cement storage systems.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues quickly under high-pressure, time-sensitive, and often remote conditions.
Assist with or operate cementing pumps and mixing units during the cementing job to ensure correct slurry density and flow rates.
Maintain accurate, real-time maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records of spare parts.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma or vocational/technical certification in mechanical, industrial, or petroleum-related systems.
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of field experience in oilfield services, specifically with cementing or well stimulation equipment.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, centrifugal pumps, and mechanical seals.
Physical Ability: Ability to work 12-hour shifts in varied weather conditions, lift heavy equipment (20–30 kg), and work in confined spaces or at heights.
