📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, analyze, and manage all project stakeholders and establish and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder list
• Develop and implement stakeholder communication and coordination plans to ensure smooth information flow
• Serve as the primary communication and coordination point between the project and the owner, consulting firms, government agencies, and related entities
• Organize and participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders, and track and implement meeting resolutions
• Coordinate the processing of various government approvals, permits, and NOC (No Objection Certificate) procedures
• Promptly handle coordination issues involving third parties during project progress to minimize impact on construction schedule
• Maintain good relationships with government departments, regulatory agencies, and the surrounding community
• Identify and manage stakeholder-related risks and propose countermeasures
• Report regularly to project management on stakeholder communication and coordination progress
• Complete other related tasks assigned by project management
📌 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field
✅ Minimum 8–10 years of experience in stakeholder management or a related role
✅ Proven experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE government approval and NOC processes
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
✅ Open to all nationalities
