Roles & Responsibilities:

Human Resources
Manage the full recruitment cycle for local and remote positions across
various business functions, including proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, Bayt, and
other recruitment platforms
Coordinate onboarding, maintain employee records, and manage HR documentation
and reporting within the HR system (HRIS)
Prepare employment contracts, payroll inputs, and manage attendance and leave records
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while supporting employee
relations and performance processes
Develop and update HR policies, organizational charts, and workforce planning in
alignment with business needs.
Demonstrated capability to review and follow up on legal contracts in coordination with
management and external legal advisors.
Coordinate effectively with the Finance Department and external auditors to ensure
smooth financial and compliance processes.
Support the development, tracking, and reporting of organizational KPIs to monitor
performance and operational efficiency.
Manage and oversee remote employees, ensuring accountability, effective communication,
and performance alignment, utilizing CRM systems or digital workforce management tools.
Strong understanding of SME organizational culture, with the ability to operate efficiently
in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Administration & Regulatory
Oversee daily administrative operations and vendor coordination.
Handle government-related documentation and regulatory processes with relevant
authorities including Manpower, Commerce, Justice, and Ministry of Health.
Manage visa processing, residency renewals, and employee-related governmental
requirements.
Coordinate product registration and ensure compliance with Ministry of Health regulations.
Maintain organized filing systems and prepare reports as required by management

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
9-10 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Strong experience in recruitment, sourcing, and remote hiring.
Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS) and HR reporting.
Solid knowledge of local labor laws and government procedures.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English - mandatory.
