Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise data governance and data management initiatives
Oversee big data, cloud (Azure), ML/AI, and advanced analytics projects
Drive data integration, quality, and platform evolution across the organization
Mentor and manage data architects, data engineers, and data scientists
Translate data strategy into actionable business insights
Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and integration frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in data governance, enterprise data management, BI, and advanced analytics
Strong technical expertise in big data engineering, cloud platforms (Azure), data architecture, ML/AI
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, security, and integration frameworks
Leadership experience managing multi-stakeholder programs and data teams
Ability to translate data strategy into business impact
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Data Governance, or Cloud Architecture) are an advantage

Average Market Salary (Estimated): QAR 30,000 – 45,000 per month (Based on role, location, and experience level)
