Processing monthly Payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment for all the employees.
Ensures that payroll bank files comply with the UAE Central Bank requirements and staffs are included in WPS.
Maintaining leave and attendance records, updating changes in employee data and internal reassignments, promotions and change in compensation and benefits.
Maintaining the time and attendance system.
Attending to employee requests and issuing employee related communication including Salary Certificate, Experience Certificate, and other applicable letters.
Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
Advertise jobs , screen and shortlist candidates and schedule interviews, coordinate with the hiring managers, salary negotiations, offer issuance, and onboarding.
Serves a point of person for new hires with queries arising during the onboarding process.
Coordinates immigration processes for new and current employees together with PRO.
Responsible for completing the process of issuance of health cards for all employees.
Employee Offboarding - Prepares the Acceptance of resignation, End of Service calculation, Experience Letter.
Facilitate and communicate the full final settlement to Finance for payment.
Updating and maintaining employee HR database and system.
Assist employees with HR related processes and procedures.
Creating and formalizing company structure and internal policies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Assist in organizing employee files and maintaining confidentiality of HR records.
Provide administrative support to the HR department and management as required.
