Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and food safety standards
Ensure compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and international food safety standards
Oversee quality assurance across suppliers, imports, warehousing, and distribution operations
Conduct internal and external quality audits and manage regulatory inspections
Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
Establish and maintain quality management systems and documentation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety and quality performance
Train, mentor, and supervise quality control staff on food safety standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and operations to maintain quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or Quality Assurance Manager in the food industry
Strong knowledge of Saudi food regulations and international food safety standards such as HACCP and ISO food safety systems

Experience managing quality systems across supply chain operations including suppliers, imports, and distribution
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
Ability to implement process improvements and maintain strict compliance standards

SAR 18,000 – SAR 28,000 per month for Quality Control Managers in the food industry in Saudi Arabia.
