Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling, particularly within the petrochemical or oil & gas sector.
Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Primavera P6 and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module is often required.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of plant maintenance, static/rotating equipment, and P&ID/PFD
Key Competencies
Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM)
Strong communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work under pressure, especially during tight shutdown schedules
