Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a DHA, DOH or MOH licensed Registered Nurse – Outpatient for their client in Dubai, UAE which is a chain of outpatient clinics. We are looking for Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting within the UAE or internationally recognized healthcare facilities.The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered nursing care within the outpatient clinic environment. Conduct patient triage, vital signs assessment, preparation of patients for consultations and minor procedures, and assist physicians during examinations and clinical interventions. Administer medications, vaccinations, IV infusions, and wound care as per established protocols and physician orders.Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment coordination, and adherence to clinic schedules to optimize patient experience and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate electronic medical records documentation in compliance with DHA regulations and internal policies. Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medication usage, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards, sterilization protocols, and patient safety guidelines. Monitor stock levels of medical supplies and ensure availability of consumables required for daily clinic operations. Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the clinic setting and escalate appropriately according to established clinical pathways. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and continuous professional development activities.

Salary : Aed 7,000 per month plus benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
