Key Responsibilities:
Manage HRDF program applications, approvals, and documentation
Support the planning and execution of employee training and development initiatives
Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external training providers
Ensure full compliance with HRDF policies, rules, and reporting requirements
Monitor program effectiveness and prepare reports on training outcomes
Provide guidance and support to employees participating in HRDF programs
Maintain organized records and documentation for HRDF programs
Assist in improving HRDF-related processes and workflows
Requirements & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in HR, training, or employee development (preferred)
Hands-on experience with HRDF programs – mandatory
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional skills
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Ability to manage multiple HRDF programs and training initiatives efficiently
