Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10-15 years of UAE experience in construction project management.
• Must have managed at least 2-3 high-rise building projects (20+ floors).
• Contracting background is mandatory - experience with leading UAE contracting companies preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE construction laws, permits, and authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.).
• Strong command of project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6. PMP certification is an advantage.
